THE CLOTHES SHOW 2014 #clothesshowlive

This year's Clothes Show Live (in association with ALCATEL ONETOUCH) held at the Birmingham NEC, was, yet again, a SERIOUS success. In it's 26th year, the show showcased everything and everyone from Oasis's Bessie the Bus (above), Vintage new designer brands, the Graduate ASOS marketplace, a high-voltage, must-see designer outlet, Hilary Alexander MBE, the amazing designer, Zandra Rhodes, the annual HEART-STOPPING, full-throttle catwalk show and everything and anything FASHION inbetween. Between hanging out at the show's luxurious Hamptons Bar (in association with Peugeot and NOW Magazine) where the celeb-spotting really took off (think Made In Chelsea stars Jamie Laing, Oliver Proudlock and Andy Jordan and The Only Way Is Essex's Lauren Goodger and Lauren Pope) and recharging my batteries (and my iPhone) at the Clothes Show's cool Bloggers Bar, it was hard not to get carried away with the buzz of the event. See what I got up to below....

A BIG thank you to The Clothes Show & Good Results PR for inviting me to the event!

Hitting the designer catwalk (in association with Olympus Pen) I caught Hilary Alexander OBE's interview with the one and only English fashion designer, Zandra Rhodes and her collections through the eras....

The Rimmel London stand was OVERFLOWING...

The fabulous Blogger's Bar (in association with Shopstyle) was the perfect place to catch your breath and recharge (not to mention catch up with social media and other bloggers!)

In the designer showcase I discovered and fell in love with Gushlow & Cole, a garment and accessory brand specialising in shearling. It was all I could do but snap up one of their divine pom pom bag attachments.

For the catwalk show Rick Edwards and Peter Andre rocked up on the stage to introduce a show that, in a nut shell, REALLY knocked my socks off. Set to a fast-paced American-themed backdrop, the outfits, the style, the dancers and the routine truly inspired and polished off the HIGH-VOLTAGE FASHION event: a definitely NOT TO BE MISSED! Check out my favourite moments from the show below!

Missed it this year? Don't panic! It'll be back with a BANG next year!
